We install a variety of gates and systems, including metal gates, drive gates, swing gates, and access control systems (typically Liftmaster).
3) Do you provide staining services for gates and fences?
Yes, we offer staining services and include an allowance for that in our offerings.
4) Can you create custom designs or 3D renderings?
Yes, we provide custom design services, including 3D renderings. There is typically a cost associated with this, which we can discuss during our meeting.
5) Do you assist with HOA applications and approvals?
Yes, we assist with HOA applications by providing necessary drawings and documents within our scope. However, we generally have the client handle the application submission.
6) Do you build composite decks, and what brands do you offer?
Yes, we build composite decks and provide a range of options. Our primary line is Timbertech, as it consistently delivers high satisfaction for our clients.
7) Do you build outdoor kitchens and sell grills or appliances?
Yes, we build outdoor kitchens and offer a full line of DCS grills and appliances. We also have access to other premium brands to meet your needs.
8) Do I need a permit, and what is required to obtain one?
Yes, we handle permitting for all projects in compliance with city requirements. To obtain a permit, we will need a survey plat of your property, which is usually included in your closing documents. If a new survey is necessary, we can connect you with trusted professionals to assist you.
9) How does your quote process work?
To receive a quote, our sales team will contact you to discuss your project in detail. If it’s a good fit, they’ll schedule an on-site visit to better understand your vision. Afterward, a detailed quote will be prepared and sent for your approval. Upon acceptance, there is typically a lead time of 6–8 weeks to accommodate permitting and engineering, after which we’ll begin creating your dream outdoor space.
10) What is the timeline for a project after acceptance?
Once a project is accepted, we begin by producing all necessary construction drawings. If engineering is required, we’ll initiate that process along with the paperwork for permits. Permit approval timelines vary by city based on their current backlog. Once we receive the permit, we’ll schedule your project for construction. Our scheduling department will contact you beforehand to confirm the start date.
11) Is a deposit required to start a project?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit before beginning any project.
12) Do you subcontract work on your projects?
No, most of our projects are completed by our skilled crews. However, we subcontract specialized services such as plumbing and electrical work to trusted professionals.
