Coordinating the existing infrastructure with the new design presented several challenges, particularly in modifying the front yard to align with the updated layout while preserving functionality. The relocation of irrigation heads and adjustments to lateral lines were essential to accommodate the new design. Additionally, the demolition and regrading of the front porch and driveway required precise planning to ensure proper excavation and drainage. Custom drainage solutions, including polycatch boxes and a rigid PVC system, were installed to protect the property from water accumulation while maintaining a clean, polished look. Thoughtful design flexibility allowed for seamless integration of brick rowlock edges, floating concrete pads, and a patterned concrete driveway to achieve both durability and aesthetic appeal.
